The expected outcome of the project is valuable to the continuous development of Hong Kong as an innovation hub using Fintech and big data to improve the ESG performance of listed firms in Hong Kong. Technology and innovation always go hand-in-hand. It is important for Hong Kong to commit resources to develop technology-driven ESG initiatives to maintain our competitive edge in pursuing the business sustainability mandate for the region.
